Move legacy HR data into SAP SuccessFactors with fewer surprises.
Upload your source extracts and the target metadata. NexaQora profiles the data, proposes explainable field mappings, validates every record, plans the load order and produces import files, with a human approving each consequential step.
The demo uses synthetic data only, expires after 24 hours and never connects to a real SAP tenant.
How it works
Bring the data
Upload legacy HR extracts (CSV, TSV or JSON) and the target SuccessFactors metadata (OData $metadata or data-model XML). Everything is profiled, hashed and stored privately per tenant.
Map with evidence
Each source column gets a suggested target with the evidence behind it and the alternatives that lost. You accept, correct or reject.
Validate every record
Twenty deterministic rules check the whole dataset. Rejected records come with a row number and a reason.
Plan the load order
The sequence is derived from your metadata with the evidence for each dependency. Cycles, conflicts and unknowns are flagged.
Approve and generate
An approver signs off the mapping and plan. NexaQora produces import files, a manifest and a reconciliation, and traces every output row to its source row.
Built to be explainable and controlled
Explainable mapping
Every suggested field mapping carries its evidence: name match, datatype, picklist values, entity context. Confidence ranks suggestions; it never claims to be a guarantee.
Deterministic checks
Types, lengths, picklists, references, duplicates, dates and mandatory fields are checked by rules over the full dataset, not by a language model.
Dependency-aware plan
The load order is derived from the target metadata you supply, with the evidence for each dependency. Unknowns are flagged, not invented.
Humans approve
Mappings, plans and exceptions need an authorised reviewer. The AI suggests; it cannot approve or write to SAP.
Traceable
Every output row links back to its source file, row, mapping version and metadata snapshot. Reconciliation is computed from stored results.
Tenant-isolated
Row-level security in the database, per-tenant storage paths and per-tenant encryption keys for stored credentials.
NexaQora does not promise error-free migration. It reduces manual effort and makes decisions visible and controlled.
